Chavers went out Saturday to go put out corn for the deer near a stand and got turned around. Then the rain came in so she stayed the night in a deer stand. Sunday morning, she started walking and was found!
ORIGINAL: The St. Helena Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 66-yr-old woman.
Officials say Paula Chavers went missing from 484 Moore Lane in Denham Springs. Even though Denham Springs is usually in Livingston Parish, there are some homes in St. Helena Parish that have their cities lised as Denham Springs. It’s why the case is not in Livingston Parish.

The missing 66-yr-old is described as a white female, 5’4″ in height and weighing about 118 pounds with grey hair and green eyes.
Chavers has been missing since approximately 10:00am on Saturday, Nov. 26th. She was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket, grey exercise pants and black rubber boots.
