On Wednesday, police surrounded the Woodspring Suites Extended-Stay Hotel on North Harrells Ferry Rd. after a tip from the U.S. Marshal’s Office suggested that two of the suspects were staying at the hotel.

Police say that the two suspects and a third person refused to come out of one of the hotel rooms. The Baton Rouge Police Department and the NAACP negotiated with the men, and all three surrendered without incident.
