SLIDELL — One person has been arrested after a child exploitation investigation by the Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit (LSP/SVU), along with the FBI, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Covington Police Department.
During the investigation, officials say a 42-year-old man allegedly had sexually explicit conversations online with someone he believed to be a 15-year-old, per State Police.
Joshua W. Dugger, 42, of Slidell was arrested and charged with computer-aided solicitation of a minor, indecent behavior with a juvenile, and child grooming. He was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
