The owners of a gas station on Joor Rd. are left with a complete mess.
On Saturday, Dec. 10th, 2022, the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Fast Lane gas station at 9150 Joor Rd in reference to a burglary of the business.
Officials say at least two unknown people drove an EBR school bus through the front of the store. The store sustained significant damage to the front and inside of it.
The suspects then proceeded to steal an unknown amount of cigarettes.
The bus was stolen from the parking lot of Dalton Elementary School. The bus was found empty on Odell St. It did have minor damage to the back of the bus. The bus was returned to the bus driver.
