ST. FRANCISVILLE —- A man accused in the shooting death of an East Feliciana Parish man pled guilty to second-degree murder Tuesday. He was sentenced to life in prison.
Officials say Cemontra D. Anderson, entered the guilty plea after he was arrested in February on first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, armed robbery and obstruction of justice charges.

Officials say they found the body of 47-year-old Mark Anthony Boitnott in a vehicle parked off the road near the intersection of highways LA 955 and LA 412 just after 6 a.m. on Feb. 17.
East Feliciana Parish Coroner Dewitt Bickham ruled Boitnott’s cause of death was from gunshot wounds and manner of death was homicide.
