HAMMOND – The Hammond Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a suspect in a recent burglary at Carvana. On Wednesday, Dec. 11 the Hammond Police Department responded to a burglary at the Carvana on Hipark Boulevard.
The responding officer was told that the previous night, an unknown white male walked into Carvana and was able to gain access to where the keys were stored. The person is then accused of removing several sets of car keys, which were for vehicles that were for sale.
The suspect then used one of the keys to allegedly steal a 2016 Range Rover, according to officials.
