NATALBANY — The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting help in finding a vehicle and identifying multiple people who were allegedly involved in a recent drive-by shooting in the Natalbany area in late August.
Following tips from the public, TPSO was able to locate the person in the photo that was shared on Wednesday. He has since been cleared as an involved suspect, however, the investigation is ongoing and detectives are still searching for the vehicle in question.
The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26. According to officials, as two men were pulling into the driveway of a home on Dead End Street (which is off of LA 1064), dozens of gunshots were fired in their direction.
No one was injured in the shooting, however, their vehicle and the home they were in front of, were struck by bullets.
In their investigation, Tangipahoa Parish deputies determined the shots came from a blue four-door Volvo with a Mississippi license plate reading “PRH 1763”.
