Update: Armed robbery victim shot, killed at Acadian Food Mart in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE — A teen was shot multiple times and killed during an apparent armed robbery at the Acadian Food Mart, UWK has learned.

Baton Rouge police say Elijah Moore, 19, was shot during a midday altercation. The scene was on North Acadian Thruway between Choctaw Dr. and Fairfields Ave.

Police have not said who shot Moore or if anyone else was injured in the shooting. So far, no arrests have been made. Police say this is still an ongoing investigation.
