Three hurt, sheriff’s deputy pulls two from burning car after crash near North Corbin School

WALKER — At least three people were hurt in a crash near North Corbin School in Livingston Parish, sources tell UWK.

A Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Deputy, who was nearby, pulled two people out of a car that caught fire after that crash, sources say.

Acadian Ambulance says that at least three patients were transported. Sources say at least one of the victims is a child, but none of the injuries are considered serious. Louisiana State Police is leading the crash investigation.

The two-vehicle crash happened around 1:40 p.m. A school bus was not involved.
