The wife of Tiki Tubing owner John Fore turned herself into the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office Friday morning.
Patricia Fore, 58, is charged with one count of sexual battery/rubbing/touching.

The mother of the victim reached out to Unfiltered with Kiran. She said in 2019, Patricia Fore allegedly inappropriately touched her then 17-yr-old daughter.
The mother said some of her daughter’s friends worked at Tiki Tubing. They were allegedly invited to go swim at the Fores’ home one day in Aug. 2019. The 17-yr-old tagged along with her friends to their house.
That’s when the mother said her 17-yr-old daughter was allegedly inappropriately touched while in the hot tub by Patricia Fore.
“My daughter was distraught. She said she was just frozen and didn’t know what to do and begged her to stop,” said the mother.
Her husband, John Fore, turned himself in on Monday, May 16, 2022 and he’s facing one count of sexual battery. His case also allegedly involves inappropriately touching a teenager.
“The charges against the two stem from two separate complaints. The complaint against John Fore was reported this month. The complaint against Patricia Fore stems from a 2019 report,” said Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard.
“Following John Fore’s arrest, the 2019 case was brought to my attention. On review of that case, I realized that the case had not been pursued as diligently as it should have been. The family of the victim has been made aware of this action,” said Sheriff Ard.
“After the recent arrest of John Fore and a review of the previous 2019 case file, LPSO is conducting additional interviews this week and is actively pursuing the investigation of Patricia Fore. All evidence will be gathered and no matter who you are, if you commit a crime, you will face the punishment. While I am personally reviewing the case following the 2019 report, my total focus is on the victim receiving justice. This continues to be an ongoing but sensitive investigation. No more details can be released at this time,” said Sheriff Ard.
John Fore bonded out at $25,000.
His wife’s bond is set at $25,000.
Details are limited at this time on both cases as both are ongoing investigations & it’s possible additional victims could come forward. If you’re a victim, you’re asked to call LPSO at 225-686-2241 x1.
Additional charges could be pending on both.
