Tiki Tubing’s former owner pleaded guilty in a Livingston courtroom

LIVINGSTON —- Tiki Tubing’s former owner John Fore pleaded guilty today in a Livingston Parish courtroom after his May 2022 arrest for sexual battery of a juvenile.

Fore was in court today for what was supposed to be a pre-trial conference. With the blessing from the victim’s family to move forward with a plea instead of a trial, Fore pleaded guilty. He pleaded to two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and was sentenced today as well.

Former owners of Tiki Tubing, Fore and his wife Patricia Fore, were both arrested in May 2022 just days apart. Both were charged with sexual battery and their bonds were set at $25,000. The victim’s mother spoke up to Unfiltered with Kiran on what allegedly happened in Aug. 2019 that led up to Fore’s arrest.

Fore was sentenced to serve seven years on each count of indecent behavior with a juvenile, all suspended. The charges are to run concurrently. He was also given three years of probation. Other conditions include Fore must register as a sex offender, no contact with the victim and he must sell his home and move.

Meanwhile, Patricia Fore has an upcoming court day next week in Livingston Parish.
