Teen shot & killed separating boyfriend & ex-boyfriend in fight

BATON ROUGE —- Baton Rouge Police responded to a triple shooting that happened Wednesday night. It was a domestic shooting involving an 18-yr-old woman, her boyfriend and her ex-boyfriend, per BRPD.

It was around 10:30pm on May 31 in the 4100 block of Prescott Court. That’s off of Prescott Rd. near N. Foster Dr.

Lenni Douglas, 18, was shot while trying to break up a fight between the two men. She and two others were injured in the shooting.

Douglas died on the scene while the other two injured victims were transported to a hospital, one in serious condition and another in stable condition.

Also happening at the same time, officers responded to a shooting on O’Neal Ln. where a fight at a fast food restaurant led to shots fired.

BRPD said the shooter fled the scene before officers arrived on scene.
