Officials are picking up mulch that spilled from an 18-wheeler that’s on its side in Pointe Coupee Parish.
The truck wrecked around 4pm and is lying across Chanal Rd. in Ventress.
Both directions of Chanal Rd. are shut down and expect to remain closed for at least another hour.
No injuries were reported in the wreck.
