WALKER — Two people have been arrested after a pursuit Wednesday morning through Livingston Parish.
It was around 10:30 a.m. on May 29, 2024, when Livingston Parish Sheriff’s deputies attempted to stop a vehicle, but the driver took off leading multiple deputies on a pursuit. The chase started on Walker South Rd. in Walker and ended on Interstate 12 westbound just before the Juban exit.
Deputies learned the vehicle they were in pursuit of was stolen out of Baton Rouge. A description of the vehicle has not been provided at this time.
LPSO says two people have been arrested. Their list of charges are still pending.
No one was injured during the pursuit.
