**Baton Rouge Police Chief Murphy Paul’s email to BRPD officers**

Two Baton Rouge Police officers were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Thursday, Sept 1st.

One of the officers is Richmond Barrow Jr., the officer who has been the subject of investigations by Unfiltered with Kiran, for allegedly selling confidential information for thousands of dollars. He resigned effective immediately on Aug. 31st in lieu of termination after he was placed on paid administrative leave on June 7, 2022. Barrow was arrested for obstruction of justice & malfeasance in office.

The name of the second officer is Wade Hill. He’s charged with second-degree kidnapping, obscenity, malfeasance in office & misdemeanor sexual battery. Sources said he was placed on administrative leave a few weeks ago. Hill remains employed by the Baton Rouge Police Dept.
