Baton Rouge Police officers responded to a home in the 5300 block of Monarch for a vehicle that crashed into it.
It happened just before 6pm on Sunday, Oct. 16th in Baton Rouge.
It appears the person shot took a bullet to the head and possibly lost control of the vehicle crashing into the home.
EMS said when they responded to the scene, they did not find a patient, however, the victim did make it to a hospital.
The home was empty at the time of the crash.
