A 23-yr-old has been arrested after a shooting on Travis St. left a man dead.
Landen Mekale Harper is charged with second-degree murder. His bond has been set at $250,000.
It happened around 4pm in the 13000 block of Travis St. with Marrece Felder, 27, shot three times.
Officials said the two got into a physical fight that led to the shooting.
Felder was transported to a hospital but died from his injuries.
