Wbr inmate arrested after escaping Thursday

An inmate who escaped the West Baton Rouge Parish jail has been re-arrested.

Kyle London escaped by jumping the fence.

BRPD’s K-9 division assisted in locating London early Friday morning.

He was found on Greenwell Springs in Baton Rouge around 6am.

Unfiltered with Kiran has reached out to WBRSO asking what London’s original charge was and if additional charge(s) will be added after his escape. So far, the calls have not been returned.

This escape comes just two days after a work release inmate walked off the job to a nearby bank.
