WEST BATON ROUGE —- Interstate 10 is currently partially closed after a deadly single-vehicle crash.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. in West Baton Rouge near mile marker 150 just past the Lobdell exit. A big rig flipped in the median. One person died in the crash. Details on the victim have not been released at this time.
The left lane in both directions of I-10, east and westbound are shut down as emergency officials respond to the scene.
Drivers are asked to take an alternate route.
State Police is the lead on the investigating the crash.
