PORT ALLEN — Deputies in the West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies have arrested at least 10 people on drug charges in the past two weeks.
Ryan Harper, 42, of Zachary, was booked March 2 with possession with intent to distribute Schedule I and Schedule II drugs and two counts each of distribution of Schedule I drugs and distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Michael Featherston, 39, of Gonzales, was booked March 3 with distribution of Schedule I drugs and distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Darnell Fowler, 47, of Maringouin, was booked March 3 as a principal to distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Michael Williams, 40, of Port Allen, was booked March 3 on distribution of Schedule I drugs.
Jimmy Jackson, 27, of Port Allen, was booked March 5 with distribution of Schedule I drugs and two counts of distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Dawn Manuel, 41, of Port Allen, was booked March 5 with two counts of distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Samuel Thibodeaux, 44, of Port Allen, was booked March 6 with distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Carnasia Mims, 24, of Baton Rouge, was booked March 13 with distribution of Schedule I drugs and two counts of distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Alex Granville, 47, of Baton Rouge, was booked March 16 with distribution of Schedule I drugs and six counts of distribution of Schedule II drugs.
Christopher Moore, 38, of Port Allen, was booked March 16 with possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drugs, possession of a legend drug, illegal possession of a firearm with controlled dangerous substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bergeron said the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Fugitive Task Force assisted in the arrests.
