A Napoleonville woman was arrested and charged on a fugitive warrant from Livingston Parish, according to the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Amanda Carol Kirby, 36, was arrested after allegedly stealing someone’s identity.
Deputies responded to a complaint at 1301 Hwy 402 in Napoleonville and spoke with Kirby. After investigating the complaint, deputies found that Kirby was wanted by the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Kirby was charged with felony theft and identity theft. She is waiting to be transferred to Livingston Parish.
